Shipping and Delivery

The certificate

Every order includes the certificate as a PDF, emailed to the address you give us within minutes of purchase. There is no shipping charge and no wait, wherever you are.

If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to hello@casadopadrao.com. A mistyped address is the usual cause and it is easily fixed: every address at our domain reaches a real inbox, so a reply to the wrong one still finds us.

A printed piece, United States only

• Printing is $30, and it is currently available for delivery within the United States only.
• We collect your shipping address at checkout when you choose it.
• Allow a short production time on top of standard postal delivery. We email you when yours ships.
• Nothing physical ships before the certificate does. The PDF always arrives first, so a gift is never waiting on the post.

Getting the address right

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for something sent to an address that was given to us incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, write to us straight away and we will correct it if the order has not shipped, and tell you plainly if it has.

If it arrives damaged

Send a photograph within 30 days of delivery and we reprint and reship free, or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. Nothing needs to come back to us. See Returns and Refunds.

Outside the United States

You still get the full certificate instantly, which is the whole of the product for most buyers. For physical delivery elsewhere, write to hello@casadopadrao.com and ask. We would rather quote you honestly than take the money and discover the shipping does not work.
