Do I become real Portuguese nobility?: No. Portugal has been a republic since 1910 and the Constitution of 1911 abolished noble titles. Nothing here is a legal title, and it comes from us rather than from the Portuguese state or any institution. Where the word actually comes from is the better story anyway.
Do I own the land?: No. The plot is a souvenir dedication at Cascais, named on your certificate and marked on a map. It is not a property transfer, it carries no rights, and nothing is registered with the Registo Predial. See where it is.
What actually arrives?: A PDF certificate, by email, within minutes. Printing is an option and ships to you; framing is an option on top of that.
What if I change my mind?: Thirty days on your title, no reason needed. Printing and framing stop being refundable once shipped, which is the one limit. The refunds policy is the full version.
